This Privacy Policy explains how FairRate Today (“we”, “us”), operated by AdBic Limited, collects, uses and shares information when you visit fairratetoday.com (the “Site”).
Information we collect
- Information you give us: if you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We do not collect loan or insurance applications on this Site.
- Calculator inputs: numbers you type into our calculators are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.
- Automatically collected information: like most websites, we and our service providers collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL and approximate location, through server logs, cookies and similar technologies.
- Advertising click identifiers: if you arrive from an ad, we may store the ad click identifier (for example a Google Ads “gclid”) and a random visitor ID in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days. When you click a partner link, we may pass these identifiers to the partner so commissions and ad conversions can be measured. We do not pass your name, email or other contact details.

Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International visitors
The Site is intended for U.S. residents. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
